Qualifications

• Capital markets experience is mandatory.
• Calypso experience is preferred.
• Total experience 8+ years; Scrum Master 6+ years.
• Excellent knowledge of SAFe, Scrum techniques and artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate people and projects, occasionally facilitating changes with a deliverables mindset.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
• Share Agile Metrics with Client Manager after each sprint.
