Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Scrum Master to support a large-scale IDAM/ICAM program with 200+ FTEs. The role involves working with product owners, BAs, and cloud engineers to decompose requirements into technical solutions within a 3-week sprint cycle.

The ideal candidate has a TS/SCI with polygraph, a BS degree with substantial experience, and strong communication skills to coordinate sprint planning and continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• BS degree with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience as Scrum Master/Team Lead for software dev or similar technical team.
• Experience using agile project management tools (e.g. Jira, VersionOne).
• Facilitates self-organizing teams to meet sprint commitments.
• Works with Product Owners to determine sprint priorities.
• Runs test and deployment readiness reviews.
• Supports continuous improvement via Retrospectives.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Scrum ceremonies and backlog grooming within a 3-week sprint cycle.
• Ensure business requirements are translated into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs and teams to deliver incremental features.
• Lead planning and prioritization of the Jira backlog.
• Foster cross-team communication and continuous improvement.
