Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Mid/Sr Scrum Master to join our Intel Sector’s Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). The role supports a large, complex program using SAFe, with DevOps practices and a focus on delivering secure, mission-critical software in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach teams, lead SAFe ceremonies, collaborate with Product Owners, and help drive continuous improvement while maintaining clear communications across multiple teams. TS/SCI with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in relevant work experience.
• 4+ years as a Scrum Master on software/technical teams.
• Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Scrum Master or PMI-ACP.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, VersionOne, Rally, or IBM RTC.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum team progress against PI commitments.
• Protect team from scope creep and remove impediments.
• Coordinate with Release Train Engineers on solutions.
• Lead SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning and Demos.
• Develop User Stories with Product Owner to meet criteria.
• Coach teams and drive continuous improvement.
