Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking an expert-level Scrum Master to lead delivery excellence across Go-to-Market product teams with a focus on Dynamics/CRM capabilities. This remote-based role requires frequent on-site collaboration and residency in the Minneapolis/St.

Paul metro area to commute to the Inver Grove Heights corporate office as needed. You will remove impediments, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights, dashboards, and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent years of experience, education and training)
• 7+ years of experience in Agile, product, or technology delivery, including experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, product-team leader, or in Agile/product transformation
• Experience facilitating delivery practices and coaching teams and stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments
• Ability to improve delivery flow, predictability, transparency, team effectiveness, and continuous improvement
• Experience identifying and resolving cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, impediments, and constraints
• Ability to use delivery data and team insights to identify improvement opportunities and guide action
• Experience supporting portfolio planning, including quarterly planning, capacity planning, dependency management, and cross-team coordination
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and nontechnical audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Delivery and Continuous Improvement: Facilitate cadences and sessions, coach on Agile practices, guide backlog readiness, and foster a high-trust environment.
• Delivery Transparency, Predictability, and Risk Management: Provide visibility into work, create dashboards, and manage risks and dependencies with Azure DevOps, Miro, and Microsoft tools.
• Initiative, Release, and Quarterly Planning Support: Align team plans with portfolio priorities, support release planning and incident response, and translate priorities into feasible team plans.
• Coach and Influence Across Technology Delivery: Mentor Scrum Masters, share best practices, and drive adoption of effective delivery methods across teams.
