Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking an expert Scrum Master to lead delivery excellence across Go-to-Market product teams, with a focus on Dynamics/CRM capabilities. The role partners with teams from idea to delivery, improving transparency, flow, and outcomes.

This remote role requires on-site collaboration, and candidates must reside in Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN metro for occasional commutes to Inver Grove Heights. The Senior Scrum Master will remove impediments, manage dependencies, and drive continuous

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
7+ years in Agile, product, or technology delivery including Scrum Master or Agile coaching experience.
Ability to coach teams and stakeholders in complex environments and improve delivery flow.
Experience identifying dependencies, risks, and constraints and guiding action.

Responsibilities

Facilitate team cadences and working sessions (planning, refinement, daily coordination, reviews, retrospectives).
Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile practices to improve collaboration and value delivery.
Guide backlog readiness, definitions of ready/done, and feedback loops.
Provide visibility into planned work, progress, risks, and dependencies with dashboards.
