Job summary

Precision Medicine Group seeks a senior scientist to lead protein expression assays on tissues and liquid biopsies, including design, validation, and data presentation. You will supervise laboratory staff, ensure SOP compliance, and contribute to SOP development while communicating results to clients and building long-term relationships.

The role requires advanced training in cell biology or oncology and extensive experience with immunofluorescence protocols, cell culture, and relevant analysis

Qualifications

Ph.D. with 6+ years relevant experience or Master’s with 10+ years in core/industry.
Experience with cell culture and manual/automated immunofluorescence protocols.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of protein expression services.
Design, perform and analyze experiments independently and present data.
Train and mentor junior staff in cell culture and staining techniques.
Ensure SOPs are followed and assist in SOP improvements.
Collaborate with other teams and communicate results to clients.
