Job summary

Precision Medicine Group seeks a Principal Scientist to lead immunophenotyping and translational medicine projects for biopharmaceutical clients. You will mentor staff, design advanced flow cytometry assays and receptor occupancy tests, and ensure GLP/CLIA-compliant execution and reporting.

You will partner with senior leadership to deliver on timelines, train junior scientists, and communicate plans and results to clients, while advancing assays from development to validation.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in life sciences or relevant field (Immunology, Cellular Biology).
• At least 8 years of full-time post-doctoral laboratory experience.
• Hands-on flow cytometry experience with ELISpot and cell-based assays.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train Flow Laboratory team members; set lab work priorities.
• Design and implement cell-based assays to meet client requirements.
• Write SOPs and technical reports for client presentations.
