Responsibilities include developing SOPs, generating client-ready reports, and ensuring strict GLP/CAP/CLIA compliance. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Ph.D. in life sciences or related field.
• At least 8 years of full-time laboratory experience in molecular sciences.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and troubleshoots molecular assays to meet client requirements.
• Oversees SOPs and regulatory compliance tasks for assay performance.
• Generates technical reports and communicates results to clients.
• Mentors scientists; provides training and competency assessments.
• Supports scheduling and budgeting to meet lab targets.
• Maintains safe, compliant lab practices and quality metrics.
