Precision Medicine Group seeks a Principal Scientist to lead translational immunology efforts, focusing on immunophenotyping and cell-based assays for immuno-oncology and autoimmune indications. The role involves mentoring junior staff, coordinating experiments to meet client specifications, and communicating progress to clients under GLP/CAP/CLIA guidelines.

Responsibilities include designing assays, developing SOPs, and delivering high-quality data and reports within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. required in life sciences or relevant field (Immunology/Cell Biology preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of full-time post-doctoral lab experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train Flow Laboratory team members; set lab priorities.
• Lead design and execution of complex flow immunophenotyping and cell-based assays.
• Write and implement SOPs to meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Generate technical reports, posters, and manuscripts for dissemination.
