Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a capable research professional to support discovery programs within Cardiovascular-Renal-Metabolic diseases. The role involves hands-on operation of laboratory automation platforms, mammalian cell culture, cell-based assays, and NGS-related work.

The candidate must perform routine automation and NGS workflows with careful sample tracking, strict adherence to SOPs, and proactive troubleshooting, collaborating across biology, automation, and genomics

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience with mammalian cell culture and NGS workflows.
Familiarity with routine molecular biology techniques and data interpretation.
Experience working in a collaborative research environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, execute, and analyze mammalian cell-based experiments and iPSC-derived workflows.
Operate and monitor established automation workflows for cell-based assays; troubleshoot issues.
Perform NGS workflows including library prep, QC, and sequencing setup.
Maintain accurate metadata and records following SOPs and data integrity standards.
Collaborate across cell biology, automation, genomics, and bioinformatics groups.
