Qualifications

• Hands-on mammalian cell culture and basic assays; image-based analysis may be included.
• Experience in RNA/DNA work and library prep.
• Experience with automated workflows and organoid cultures.
• Strong documentation and data integrity.
• Ability to troubleshoot routine lab issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze cell-based experiments for validation and discovery.
• Operate and monitor lab automation workflows and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform dissociation and execute NGS workflows including library prep and QC.
• Carry out routine molecular biology techniques and data interpretation.
• Maintain meticulous records and collaborate across teams.
• Collaborate with genomics and bioinformatics groups.
