Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC invites applications for a Scientist 3 to contribute to discovery programs in cardiovascular-renal-metabolic research. The role involves hands-on mammalian cell culture, cell-based assays, and automated workflows, with support for iPSC-derived processes and NGS-related work.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, robust documentation, and the ability to troubleshoot routine and platform-specific issues in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays.
• NGS workflow experience including library prep and QC.
• Hands-on experience with lab automation and high-throughput workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze cell-based experiments for target validation and discovery.
• Operate and monitor automated workflows for cell-based and molecular assays; troubleshoot issues.
• Perform tissue, cell, and nuclei dissociation and execute bulk/single-cell RNA-seq workflows.
• Carry out DNA/RNA extraction, qPCR, quantification, and basic protein work; report findings.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure SOPs, safety, and data integrity.
• Collaborate across biology, automation, genomics, and bioinformatics teams.
