Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a scientist to support discovery research in cardiovascular-renal-metabolic diseases. The role involves hands-on mammalian cell culture, automated workflows, and NGS-based analyses, including iPSC-derived workflows and organoid-related work.

You will troubleshoot, document, and collaborate across biology, automation, and bioinformatics teams. The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years of experience, a Master’s or equivalent, and strong attention to detail as well as proven

Qualifications

Master's degree required with 3+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays is essential.
Hands-on NGS workflows including library prep, QC, and sequencing analysis are required.

Responsibilities

Design, execute, and analyze cell-based experiments for target validation and discovery research.
Operate and monitor automation workflows for cell-based and molecular assays; troubleshoot issues.
Perform tissue, cell, and nuclei dissociation and execute RNA-seq workflows (bulk and single-cell).
Carry out molecular biology techniques (DNA/RNA extraction, PCR/qPCR, quantification, Western blot).
Maintain accurate records and comply with SOPs and safety requirements; collaborates across teams.
