Qualifikationen

• Ph.D. degree in genetics and/or molecular biology with postdoctoral experience.
• Hands-on mouse model work with published track record.
• Strong molecular biology skills and publication record in model organism genetics, stem cells, genome editing, or synthetic biology.
• Hands-on experience with CRISPR, NGS-based technologies (RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, scRNA-Seq, Long-Read sequencing), microscopy, flow cytometry, and imaging.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
• Interest in technology development and in vivo disease modeling with genome editing/engineering.
• Basic bioinformatics workflows and computational sequence analysis pipelines.
• Hands-on proficiency with viral vectors, AAV and lentiviral technologies.
• 3+ years post-PhD/biotech/pharma experience.
