This role bridges advanced chemistry with marketing strategy, translating complex cosmetic science into consumer-ready claims and visuals. You will lead collaborations across Marketing, Safety, Analytical, and Evaluation teams to design robust testing programs and compelling narratives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or closely related scientific discipline is required.
• 5-10 years of proven cosmetic/personal care industry experience, with focus on claims substantiation and scientific communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global organization.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to translate technical information for senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to work onsite in Clark, NJ and collaborate with international teams.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Act as the vital link between science and business, collaborating with Marketing to translate cleansing technologies into consumer benefits.
• Review marketing materials for scientific accuracy and consistency.
• Uncover emerging technologies and ingredient narratives through literature reviews and market trends.
• Translate scientific insights into local, consumer-relevant messaging via demos and visuals.
• Lead the end-to-end product claims process with cross-functional testing coordination.
• Develop innovative new claims by bridging scientific data with creative testing protocols.
• Analyze test results and author technical dossiers to support new innovations.
• Provide scientific support for PR and lead technical briefings at events.
