Job summary

L’Oréal Research & Innovation in Clark, NJ seeks a Director to lead Analytical Stability & Innovation, overseeing end-to-end stability programs for OTC and cosmetics, and managing the Analytical Innovation & Expertise team.

You will drive regulatory compliance, data-driven insights, and capability building, partnering with formulation, manufacturing, QA, and regulatory affairs, while ensuring onsite leadership and a culture of scientific excellence.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end stability programs for OTC and cosmetics.
• Drive predictive stability modeling and data visualization.
• Serve as SME for analytical methodologies and regulatory compliance (FDA/ICH).
• Manage and upskill the Analytical Innovation & Expertise team (7 direct reports).
• Partner with formulation, manufacturing, QA, and regulatory affairs to align analytic strategies.
