Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize personal care product formulas and stability studies.
• Lead bench trials and evaluate new raw materials.
• Manage pre-formulation to scale-up including process characterization and technology transfer.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, QC, and external partners on product development.
• Mentor scientists and ensure GLP-like documentation and QA compliance.
• Interact with customers to address issues and tailoring formulations.
