Qualifications

• Experience awarding and administering scholarships, including reporting.

• Ability to train and supervise staff.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for scholarships.
• Train personnel in financial aid practices.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies.
• Assist with awarding funds to meet enrollment goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external departments to determine eligibility.
• Lead assigned staff in the Scholarship Division.
