Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler III to coordinate and schedule Fire alarm and Security Installation projects. You will manage projects from initiation through completion, optimizing technician utilization and profitability under guidance from Team Leads.

The role requires strong organization, detail-orientation, and excellent interpersonal communication with customers and internal teams. A relevant Associate degree is preferred with 5+ years in service scheduling or operations,

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years of service industry experience in managing service operations or scheduling is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer Fire alarm and Security Installation project requests from initiation to completion.
• Schedule technicians efficiently with guidance from team leads.
• Communicate schedules to customers and ensure alignment with project scope.
• Resolve or escalate customer inquiries and issues as appropriate.
• Maintain daily schedules and project details for multiple installations.
