Job summary

Johnson Controls in the United States is seeking an Area Service Support Manager to lead a team of Inspection Schedulers responsible for coordinating fire electronic and sprinkler inspections. You will ensure coverage, drive performance, and recruit and train staff to meet local market needs.

You will monitor KPIs, optimize workflows, and communicate strategy to front-line schedulers to achieve goals. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, 3–5 years' relevant

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient analytical skills and adeptness with MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, including local branch administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Inspection Schedulers to ensure scheduling coverage.
• Monitor progress, measure performance, and seek process improvements to maximize productivity.
• Communicate strategy to front-line schedulers to achieve collective goals.
• Oversee HR processes such as onboarding/offboarding, payroll, and annual reviews.
