Heritage Interiors, an Akima company, is seeking a Planning Analyst/Scheduler to implement standard processes and provide program planning across a multidisciplinary team. You will lead schedule development, manage IMS integration, and partner with program management, technical staff, and supporting teams.

The candidate should demonstrate strong teamwork, leadership potential, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is an on-site role with a competitive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Typically requires BA or equivalent.
• 8-10 years IT, Business Analyst, and/or Systems Operational support.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure major projects/IMS are integrated across functions.
• Perform project analysis and improve schedule performance.
• Conduct risk analyses and resolve critical path conflicts.
• Develop new scheduling concepts and standards.
• Lead and supervise project personnel and budgets.
• Coordinate with resource managers and obtain reviews/approvals.
