Bascom Hunter seeks an organized IMS Planner / Program Scheduler to plan, track, and report on company programs and projects. This on-site role collaborates with Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other teams to build and maintain schedules.

The ideal candidate manages timelines, analyzes data in spreadsheets, and communicates potential impacts to management. Experience with scheduling or project planning is helpful, but learning ability is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; related field listed in the job posting.
• Experience with scheduling or project planning is helpful but learning the company's systems is ok.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Track milestones, deadlines, progress, and changes.
• Identify potential delays, scheduling issues, and resource concerns.
• Work with managers and team members to gather and update schedule information.
• Analyze information and communicate potential impacts to management.
• Help develop short-term and long-term project forecasts.
• Support project planning, staffing, and resource needs.
• Prepare reports, status updates, and presentations for management.
• Help identify solutions when schedules or project plans change.
• Maintain accurate and organized project information.
• Work with Finance and Program Management to support project planning and reporting.
• Learn and use company scheduling and project management systems.
