Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or Master’s degree) with relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Oracle Primavera project scheduling software.
• Ability to work under high pressure with changing program scope and priorities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to undergo a physical exam per DOT requirements and drug screening.
• US citizenship and residence in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate inputs from contractors, internal teams, and program offices to generate an overall IMS.
• Develop a Risk Management Plan and incorporate program risks into the schedule for mitigation purposes.
• Conduct critical path analysis and provide schedule performance reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with project managers, department heads, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of schedules and resources.
• Prepare project documentation, PowerPoint presentations, and inputs for Program Management Reviews.
