Job summary

HII Mission Technologies, in Pocasset, MA, seeks a senior Prod Plng/Scheduler 5 to build and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and coordinate with PMO to direct multi-tiered project schedules for major programs.

The role requires extensive experience, strong planning skills, and proficiency with MS Project, Deltek Open Plan, and EVMS, with a government clearance obtainable. On-site work at Pocasset, MA is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelor’s in related field; 13+ years with Master’s; or 19+ years with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced/expert ability to develop program plans and production schedules based on equipment, labor, and material availability.
• Advanced/expert ability to develop Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs).
• Advanced/expert ability to plan, organize, and direct multi-tiered project schedules for significant projects, identify milestones, align activities, manage complex schedules.
• Experience building schedules for programs requiring Earned Value Management reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Project.
• Proficiency with Deltek Open Plan.
• Proficiency with MS Excel.
• Must be able to work independently and in team/group settings.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop and coordinate the integrated master plan and schedule to meet program objectives.
• Ensure major project schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Track plans, perform risk analysis, and resolve critical path conflicts.
• Use Gantt/PERT/milestones and EVMS to gauge progress and intervene on critical areas.
