Qualifications

• Experience with network scheduling tools and critical-path methodology.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Schedule Performance Management and Earned Value Management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for development, production, and sustainment programs.
• Monitor program progress against baseline plans and ensure schedule margins align with contract dates.
• Conduct risk analyses (probabilistic and deterministic) and identify critical paths with mitigation strategies.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders in negotiations and collaborative decision-making.
• Create proposal and execution schedules and track performance against milestones.
• Recommend corrective actions including schedule adjustments and resource reallocations.
• Integrate cost and schedule data throughout the program lifecycle for alignment and visibility.
• Implement and oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) systems to measure program performance.
