Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls (Scheduling) to lead scheduling for major hyperscale data center programs across North America. This role focuses on practical scheduling, working closely with clients and project teams to understand progress and risks without people management responsibilities.

You will develop and maintain schedules, monitor milestones, and communicate schedule risks to stakeholders, enabling informed delivery decisions on complex data center

Qualifications

• 5+ years of planning, scheduling, or project controls on major construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update schedules for large-scale data center projects.
• Monitor progress against milestones and identify delays.
• Review schedule logic, sequencing, dependencies, and forecasts.
• Gather updates from project teams and assess delivery impact.
• Produce clear schedule reports and communicate risks and priorities.
• Support planning discussions and explain scheduling implications of changes.
• Contribute to consistent reporting standards and processes.
