Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. in North America is seeking a Scheduling Manager to lead scheduling across hyperscale data center and mission-critical projects from preconstruction through turnover.

You will develop and implement scheduling standards, manage scheduling resources, and partner with project management, field operations, procurement, and engineering to align plans with execution. The role requires advanced scheduling expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of scheduling, project controls, construction management, or project execution experience.
• Ability to lead scheduling teams and manage complex project schedules.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, procurement workflows, and commissioning activities.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and related PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling activities across multiple hyperscale data center and mission-critical projects.
• Develop and implement scheduling standards, procedures, best practices, and governance processes.
• Manage project schedulers and scheduling resources supporting pursuits, preconstruction, and construction.
• Oversee baseline, recovery, commissioning, and execution schedules with regular updates.
• Identify schedule risks and opportunities; work with teams to develop mitigations.
• Provide schedule reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis to leadership.
