Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Schedule & Sequencing to lead the development, management, and optimization of project schedules for data center construction. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient sequencing and adherence to timelines, driving risk mitigation and alignment with business objectives.

The role demands expert scheduling and project controls, with an emphasis on critical path logic, resource management, and internal controls to monitor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of scheduling and construction PM experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• PMP, PMI-SP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop programmatic standards for resource-loaded project schedules with milestones, approvals, and long-lead items.
• Implement scheduling best practices, controls, and performance measurement to improve efficiency.
• Stay current with scheduling technologies and methodologies to advance data center project schedules.
