Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company, client, and project-specific policies and procedures.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to all jobsite safety standards.
• Review estimates, project proposals, contracts, and project documentation.
• Establish and oversee project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and procurement strategies.
• Lead project execution to ensure successful delivery against design, budget, and schedule objectives.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to align expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate activities of project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Manage procurement efforts to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Oversee project billing, cash flow, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, field teams, and project stakeholders.
• Assist leadership with workforce planning and future labor/material forecasting.
• Provide regular project updates and performance reporting to executive leadership.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Manage RFPs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Mentor and develop project managers, engineers, and support staff.
