Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Program Construction Manager to oversee large-scale data center and infrastructure programs across the United States. You will lead multiple project teams to ensure delivery standards, safety, and quality.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction or program management, proven experience with hyperscale or mission-critical projects, and the ability to manage budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications across locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction management, program management, or mission-critical infrastructure delivery.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale data center, hyperscale, or mission-critical projects.
• Experience leading multiple project teams across various locations.
• Strong track record managing budgets, schedules, risk, and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple Construction Managers across a portfolio of projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.
• Standardize reporting, documentation, and project controls across sites.
• Monitor labor utilization, forecasting, and project expenses.
• Coordinate resources and staffing across projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program-level stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance on project execution, risk mitigation, and program performance.
