Job summary

Legacy Professional Services is seeking a Lead Scheduler to head scheduling and project controls for hyperscale data center construction. You will manage integrated master schedules, drive best practices, and provide leadership to a team of Project Schedulers across complex, fast-track programs.

You will work with owners, GC contractors, trade partners, and project leadership to ensure accurate, timely schedules reflecting scope, sequencing, procurement, and turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in a related field.
• Seven+ years of project scheduling and controls experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience leading schedulers or project controls professionals.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 for complex integrated schedules.
• Strong CPM scheduling knowledge and schedule forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of integrated master schedules for large hyperscale data center projects.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and technical guidance to Project Schedulers.
• Review scheduler work products for accuracy and conformance to standards.
• Establish scheduling standards, processes, and reporting across the team.
• Oversee schedules for design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
• Integrate subcontractor, vendor, procurement, commissioning, and owner schedules.
• Analyze long-lead procurement, delivery, startup, and testing activities.
• Conduct CPM analyses, health reviews, and float/constraint reviews.
• Mentor and develop Project Schedulers across multiple projects.
