Job summary

The Boldt Company is seeking a Senior Scheduling Manager to lead and grow our Data Center Scheduling team across the Midwest. You will direct integrated project schedules, baseline development, and time‑impact analyses for hyperscale data center programs in a fast‑paced environment.

Leadership will drive scheduling standards, mentoring, and strategic improvements to accelerate delivery. Qualified candidates will bring 10–14 years in master scheduling for data centers or mission critical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Controls, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–14 years of data center and/or mission-critical project scheduling experience.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop project leaders at various career stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Data Center Scheduling team across the Midwest.
• Develop and oversee integrated project schedules and baselines across hyperscale data center programs.
• Guide time-impact analysis, updates, recoveries, and sequencing optimizations to reduce durations.
