Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Schedule & Sequencing to develop, manage, and optimize project schedules for data center construction projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely sequencing, adherence to milestones, and robust risk mitigation.

The role requires a deep understanding of sequencing, progress, and resource management, with a track record in data center environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in project scheduling and construction project management, preferably in data center environments.
Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
PMI certifications (PMP, PMI-SP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop programmatic standards for comprehensive, resource-loaded project schedules with milestones and critical approvals.
Implement and refine scheduling best practices and performance measurement techniques.
Stay updated with scheduling technologies and innovative methodologies.
Maintain logical scheduling sequences, constraints, and realistic activity durations.
Perform schedule analysis to assess delays and mitigation strategies.
