Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an experienced Scheduler to support regional field teams across projects in the United States.

The role emphasizes adherence to scheduling standards, MS Project proficiency, and collaboration with project teams during proposals and ongoing construction activities. The candidate will lead planning sessions, drive schedule health reporting, and mentor teams in sequencing, durations, and manpower while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in construction with at least 5 in planning/scheduling.
• Fluent with MS Project; knowledge of Primavera P6 or 4D scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist and grow regional field teams with scheduling tools per Ryan’s standards (MS Project).
• Periodically assist project teams during proposals by creating/reviewing schedules.
• Ensure project teams update schedules accurately and frequently.
• Assist Operations with monthly project schedule health reports.
• Facilitate Pull Planning sessions in regional offices or jobsite locations.
• Lead preconstruction planning with project teams, subs, designers, and stakeholders for sequencing, manpower and durations.
• Initiate peer reviews on complex/high-profile projects per leadership.
