Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scheduler to support regional field teams with scheduling tools and best practices. You will assist during proposals, ensure timely updates, and develop health reports to guide project milestones.

The role requires deep scheduling knowledge (MS Project) with DCMA/Lean concepts a plus; travel up to 50% is expected to cover multiple regions and job sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in construction with at least 5 years in planning and scheduling.
• Demonstrable understanding of field operations and building techniques.
• Thorough understanding of planning and scheduling principles and techniques.
• Fluent with MS Project; knowledge of Primavera (P6) or 4D scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist and grow regional field teams with scheduling tools per Ryan standards.
• Create/review schedules during project proposals.
• Ensure teams update schedules frequently and accurately.
• Develop and monitor monthly project schedule health reports.
• Facilitate Pull Planning sessions in regional offices or job sites.
• Lead preconstruction planning sessions with stakeholders for sequencing and durations.
• Capture and analyze schedule data for continuous improvement.
