Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead regional scheduling efforts. You will collaborate with field teams, develop detailed project schedules, and drive continuous improvement in sequencing and milestones.

The role requires extensive MS Project experience, familiarity with Primavera P6, and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel across regions is possible to support multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction with at least 5 years in planning and scheduling.
• Strong understanding of field operations and building construction techniques.
• Solid grasp of scheduling principles and techniques.
• Excellent MS Project proficiency.
• Primavera P6 or 4D scheduling experience is a plus.
• Familiar with DCMA 14-point schedule health assessment.
• Knowledge of Lean Construction and Last Planner System.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and grow regional field teams with scheduling tools and practices (Fundamentals, Ryan Process, MS Project).
• Create and review schedules during project proposals.
• Ensure project schedules are updated accurately and frequently.
• Develop and monitor monthly project schedule health reports.
• Facilitate Pull Planning sessions in regional offices or job sites.
• Lead preconstruction planning sessions with project teams, subs, designers, and stakeholders.
• Initiate peer reviews on complex projects as directed by leadership.
• Capture and analyze completed schedule data to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide scheduling information for internal communications and training.
• Stay current with scheduling developments in the construction industry.
