Ryan Companies US, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a senior Scheduler to support regional field teams and drive project planning with MS Project and Primavera. You will lead pull planning and preconstruction sessions to align sequencing, manpower, and milestones.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction scheduling, expert MS Project skills, and ability to mentor teams. Travel up to 50% across regions. On-site collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in the construction industry with 5+ years in planning/scheduling.
• Strong MS Project proficiency and field operations understanding.
• Knowledge of DCMA 14-point schedule health assessment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist and grow regional field teams with scheduling practices and tools.
• Create and/or review schedules during project proposals.
• Ensure project teams update schedules frequently and accurately.
• Develop and monitor monthly project schedule health reports.
• Facilitate Pull Planning sessions in regional offices or job sites.
• Lead preconstruction planning with stakeholders for sequencing and durations.
