Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to support regional field teams and project proposals. You will develop, review, and update schedules using MS Project and Primavera, and drive scheduling health across multiple projects.

You will lead collaborative planning sessions with project teams, subs, and designers to ensure sequencing, manpower, and durations align with milestones. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in construction with 5+ years planning/scheduling.
• Demonstrable field operations understanding and scheduling expertise.
• Proficiency with MS Project; Primavera (P6) a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and grow regional field teams with scheduling tools per Ryan practices.
• Assist project teams during proposal stage by creating/reviewing schedules.
• Ensure teams update project schedules accurately and frequently.
• Develop and monitor monthly project schedule health reports.
• Facilitate Pull Planning sessions in regional offices or job sites.
• Lead preconstruction planning with teams, subs, designers for milestones.
• Lead peer review sessions on complex projects as directed.
• Analyze completed schedule data to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide information for internal communication and training sessions.
• Stay current with scheduling developments and share with the team.
