Job summary

Ryan Companies US Inc. seeks an experienced Scheduling Professional to lead regional field teams with standardized scheduling practices (Fundamentals, Ryan Process, MS Project).

You will support project proposals by creating and reviewing schedules, ensure updates are accurate, and help develop monthly schedule health reports across multiple projects. You will facilitate Pull Planning and preconstruction planning sessions with project teams, subcontractors and designers, capture data for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years in construction with 5+ years planning/scheduling experience.
• Proficient in MS Project; knowledge of Primavera P6 or 4D scheduling is a plus.
• Familiar with Lean Construction concepts and Last Planner System.
• Excellent communication and leadership; able to train and mentor teams.
• Willing to travel up to 50% and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist and grow regional field teams with scheduling standards and MS Project usage.
• Create and review schedules during proposals; ensure updates are frequent and accurate.
• Develop and monitor monthly project schedule health reports.
• Facilitate Pull Planning sessions in regional offices or jobsite locations.
• Lead preconstruction planning with teams, subcontractors, designers and stakeholders.
• Initiate peer reviews on complex projects as directed by leadership.
• Capture project data to drive continuous improvement and internal communications.
