Ryan Companies US Inc. seeks an experienced Scheduling Lead to support regional field teams and ensure adherence to Ryan’s scheduling standards, including MS Project usage.

The role involves creating and reviewing schedules during proposals, maintaining schedule health reports, and facilitating Pull Planning in regional offices or job sites. You will collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, designers, and stakeholders to optimize sequencing, manpower, and durations aligned with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in construction with 5+ years in planning and scheduling.
• Fluency with MS Project; knowledge of Primavera P6 or 4D scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist and grow regional field teams with scheduling standards and MS Project usage.
• Create/review schedules during project proposals and ensure regular updates.
• Develop and monitor monthly project schedule health reports; facilitate Pull Planning sessions.
• Lead preconstruction planning with project teams, subcontractors, designers, and stakeholders.
• Capture and analyze completed project schedule data to drive continuous improvement.
