Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Scheduling Professional to support regional field teams across Milwaukee and beyond.

You will lead schedule development, update monthly health reports, and facilitate Pull Planning sessions with project teams, subcontractors, and designers. Ideal candidate holds a BA/BS in Construction Management or Engineering, 10+ years in construction planning, and expert use of MS Project (Primavera a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry with at least 5 years in planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist and grow regional field teams with scheduling practices and tools (MS Project).
• Periodically assist project teams during proposal stages by creating/reviewing schedules.
• Ensure project teams update project schedules accurately and frequently.
• Develop and monitor monthly project schedule health reports.
• Facilitate Pull Planning sessions in regional offices or jobsite locations.
• Lead preconstruction planning sessions with project teams, subs, designers, and stakeholders.
