Job summary

Vertiv Corporation is seeking a Scheduling & Service Coordination professional to ensure operational coverage and timely completion of open work orders and service requests. You will assist the Manager, Customer Relationship Services and handle escalated scheduling issues, while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires strong communication, leadership abilities, and expertise in coordinating service events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of customer service and coordination of service activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional, clear and informative style.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch all service events between Customer Engineers or Service Partners for the assigned territory.
• Monitor scheduling efforts and report team statuses weekly to the Manager, Customer Relationship Services.
• Coach/mentor team members and address performance issues, with recovery plans as needed.
