Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a seasoned Operations Leader to provide business, managerial, and technical direction for the Service Center in Denver. You will supervise Field Engineers and Technicians, manage workflow, and serve as the primary customer contact while tracking project progress and financials.

The role involves coordinating with Region Director and Sales to promote new business, developing profit plans, and ensuring safety and training for field staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate Engineer with BSEE/BSME or equivalent.
• Electrical technical schooling or military equivalent acceptable.
• Strong communication, supervisory, organizational and management skills.
• Experience in Industrial Service Industry preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word and field documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own sales, profit, and quality for the area operation.
• Review and sign contracts within authority limits.
• Develop Area Profit Plan and track progress.
• Lead regular management meetings and promote communication.
• Oversee weekly invoicing and monthly status reports.
• Review and audit field jobs and ensure safety training.
