Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage and coordinate a variety of service tasks, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.

You will record time entries, schedule preventive maintenance, arrange startup services, dispatch load bank operations, create work orders, and assist with customer profiles and payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in service coordination or similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple schedules.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of invoicing and work order processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and service management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Record and track service-related time entries.
• Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance for customers.
• Schedule repairs based on quotes and resource availability.
• Arrange startup services for new systems.
• Schedule and dispatch load bank services for customers.
• Prioritize and dispatch urgent service calls.
• Create work orders for service activities.
• Assist with creating new customer profiles in the system.
• Gather and update payment information for customers as necessary.
• Generate invoices for completed work orders.
• Assist with inventory by pulling needed parts.
• Log and post parts to work orders.
• Be the first point of contact for incoming service calls.
