Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of scheduling experience in electrical utility construction.
• Experience scheduling transmission, substation, or distribution projects.
• Advanced Primavera P6 EPPM proficiency; ability to set baselines and generate reports.
• Strong written communication and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Level 3 and 4 CPM schedules for multiple project types using Primavera P6.
• Establish baselines with project managers and owners, documenting scope and constraints.
• Perform schedule updates using field progress and logs.
• Develop look-ahead schedules (2-, 4-, 8-week) for field planning.
• Analyze critical path, monitor floats, and report schedule variance.
• Prepare monthly schedule narratives for internal and owner submissions.
• Support time impact analyses for changes and delays.
• Coordinate with procurement on material delivery dates and flag float erosion.
• Represent Summit Line in schedule negotiations with owners and engineers.
