Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler to develop and maintain schedules for large-scale data center and infrastructure projects.

You will work with project management, field ops, engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and customers to deliver realistic execution plans and schedule visibility through the full project lifecycle. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and collaboration to identify risks, support recovery, and provide actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years scheduling or project controls.
• Experience scheduling data center, industrial, or EPC projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project; lean methods preferred.
• Travel up to 50% and onsite support.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules across project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with teams to establish WBS, sequencing, milestones, and logic.
• Review plans, subcontractor schedules, and procurement for comprehensive schedules.
• Monitor progress, analyze performance, identify delays and recovery opportunities.
• Produce schedule updates, dashboards, and progress analyses.
• Support recovery plans when schedule impacts arise.
