Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a senior scheduler to lead end-to-end scheduling for large construction programs, including hyperscale data center initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, review critical paths, and ensure CPM compliance across multiple stakeholders.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, advanced Excel/Power BI skills, and experience with Primavera P6.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of scheduling experience on large-scale construction projects.
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or hyperscale infrastructure projects.
Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
Experience with IMS, CPM analysis, reporting, earned value, and schedule quality review experience.
Experience working on hyperscale data center programs.
Knowledge of project controls, cost management and earned value management principles.
Familiarity with BIM and VDC coordination and digital project delivery tools.
Experience with schedule risk analysis and recovery planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously.
Experience working in owner’s representative or consulting environments.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Establish end-to-end schedules aligned to specifications, WBS standards, templates, and industry best practices from inception through closeout.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive schedule alignment and milestone development.
Ensure General Contractors develop fully integrated baseline schedules by reviewing Basis of Schedule documents and ensuring CPM compliance.
Identify and manage critical paths, peak resource periods, and scope integration across funding and interfaces.
Audit Primavera P6 schedules and monitor GC compliance to improve schedule effectiveness.
Lead schedule reporting and execution support through regular performance reviews and status communications.
Track activity progress, out-of-sequence work, and procurement impacts on plans and dates.
Prepare independent schedule analyses and forecasts including earned value metrics to aid decision-making.
Identify schedule issues, perform time-impact and recovery analyses, propose mitigation plans, and review changes with leadership.
Produce and maintain project deliverables such as narratives, health reports, and procurement reports with data integrity.
Work location is flexible with a mix of remote, on-site at a client, or in an Accenture office.
