Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. seeks a Scheduler to develop, maintain, and communicate schedules for hyperscale data center projects.

The role partners with project management, engineering, procurement, and subcontractors to deliver realistic execution plans and clear schedule visibility throughout the project lifecycle. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of scheduling experience in large construction and infrastructure projects, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Primavera

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years scheduling or project controls experience.
• Experience developing schedules for data center, industrial, mission-critical, or large construction projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project; knowledge of pull planning and Lean Construction is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work onsite as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules across planning, preconstruction, execution, commissioning, and closeout.
• Collaborate with teams to establish WBS, sequencing, milestones, and schedule logic.
• Review plans, drawings, subcontractor schedules, and procurement activities to shape schedules.
• Monitor progress, analyze performance, and identify delays, risks, and recovery opportunities.
• Support schedule updates, forecasting, look-ahead planning, and executive reporting.
• Assist teams in developing mitigation and recovery plans for schedule impacts.
