Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. (MIS) seeks a Scheduler to develop and maintain schedules for hyperscale data center and infrastructure projects.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to create realistic execution plans and provide visibility across the project lifecycle. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in scheduling or project controls, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years scheduling or project controls experience.
• Experience with large-scale data center/infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in schedule development, recovery planning, and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules across all phases.
• Collaborate with project teams to establish WBS, sequencing, milestones, and logic.
• Perform critical path analysis and schedule risk evaluations.
