Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. (MIS) seeks a skilled Scheduler to develop, maintain, and communicate schedules for large-scale data center and infrastructure projects.

You will collaborate with project management, field operations, engineers, procurement, and subcontractors to create realistic plans and provide visibility through the project lifecycle. You will identify schedule risks, support recovery planning, evaluate progress, and ensure teams have actionable information for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years scheduling/controls experience.
• Experience developing schedules for data center, industrial, mission-critical, EPC, or large commercial projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project; knowledge of pull planning and Lean Construction preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and support onsite project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules across all lifecycle phases.
• Collaborate with project teams to establish WBS, sequencing, milestones, and schedule logic.
• Review plans, drawings, subcontractor schedules, procurement activities to create comprehensive schedules.
• Monitor progress, analyze performance, identify delays and recovery opportunities.
• Support schedule updates, forecasting, look-ahead planning, and executive reporting.
• Provide schedule insights and recommendations to support delivery.
